Large Group Leaders’ Training (LGLT): Creating Compelling Gatherings ~ What is our “curb appeal” saying about us? How many of us have wished our Large Group gatherings were better quality? This training is for leaders and members of Musical Worship Teams, Large Group Planning Teams and Creative Teams. This training will give practical tools, time encountering Jesus together, and a back-to-campus plan for radically enhancing our public connection to campus in the form of creative, quality large group gatherings.
Large Group Leaders need a clear vision for the place of our public gatherings in our overall chapter strategy. Since our values shape the quality of our large group gatherings we’ll focus on worship, hospitality, character and pursuit of excellence, plus specific logistic skills necessary for Large Group Leaders and teams. Together, we’ll practice the presence of God as a model of what we hope to see on campus. We’ll also learn and practice a 4-weeks-ahead planning model that applies to any kind of large group gathering, whether you have a small, medium or large chapter. This track is specifically for those who have influence with a chapter’s large group plans such as large group coordinators, large group team members, artists, planners, technology teams and musicians.
